I, for good and valuable consideration, hereby irrevocably grant Berlitz International, Inc. and its subsidiaries, associated companies and licensees, permission to use my name and/or likeness and written testimonial as follows:

Berlitz will own the still photographs and/or video footage in which I appear as well as written content that I submit, and have the unrestricted right to publish said photographs and use such video and content in any Berlitz sales literature, on the Berlitz Web site, and in any other Berlitz material, and shall have the right to license others to do the same.

This grant is intended to be worldwide in scope and to apply to all media now existing or hereafter developed.

I certify that I am of legal age and not prohibited or otherwise unable to grant the right described above.
