Assessment channel

Cultural Orientations Indicator® (COI) Online Assessment
The COI assessment is a statistically validated cultural assessment that measures a person’s work style preferences against 10 dimensions of culture. Provided comparison tools generate an analysis of cultural gaps by comparing your COI cultural profile with national and regional cultural profiles.

The COI assessment is available in 13 different languages - Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Korean, Spanish (Español), Spanish (Americano Latino).

COI Assessment: User-to-User and Team Comparisons
User-to-User COI Comparisons – allows you to invite colleagues to compare their COI Cultural Profile with your own. You can also compare potential cultural gaps with up to ten colleagues at one time through the User-to-User Gap Analysis Tool. Recommendations to bridge these gaps are given.

COI Teams – allows you to create teams, run COI Aggregate Team Reports and compare your personal COI® preferences with those team members who have released their COI Cultural Profiles.

The flexibility of the Cultural Navigator™ allows our clients to integrate other assessments including TMC’s Management Assessment and The Inclusive Leadership Profile™.

CountryScope Channel
An in-depth reference and information resource on 100+ countries: Basic Facts, Economy, Culture, World Times, History, Maps, Useful Links, Diversity, Relocation, Travel and a detailed treatment of management and business practices across cultures. Country COI® Cultural Profiles and comparisons with other national cultures are provided, as well as scenarios and world quizzes. Customized country reports can be generated instantly. These reports can be printed or saved to your virtual briefcase.

New Feature! Cultural Navigator® Learning Paths
Cultural Navigator® Learning Paths enable organizations to create a step-by-step path that guides their employees to a specific learning objective. Multiple Learning Paths can be assigned to an organization allowing different groups/teams/Business Units to have their own learning objectives.

Cultural Simulator
The Cultural simulator presents you with a selection of scenarios to test your cultural knowledge.

Learning Zone Channel
The Learning Zone is a customizable channel where organizations can upload additional learning solutions to the Cultural Navigator®. Each Cultural Navigator® license includes 2 free web-courses, Cultural Orientations at Work and Looking towards a Global Future. Organizations can also choose to upload other web-courses to their Learning Zone.

Toolbox Channel

Cultural Toolbox
This channel provides users with access to a variety of InfoPacks that contain concise, resolution-oriented information, tips and tools that address key global management issues. Topics include: Project Management, Communication, Teams, and International Business.

Exchange Forum Channel
The Exchange Forum provides access to the Cultural Navigator’s worldwide network of advisors and subject matter experts (SME) at no cost. After you post a question a SME will respond within 72 business hours.
