Announcing Accredited Language Courses from Berlitz & Renton Technical College (RTC)*

We are pleased to partner with Renton Technical College (RTC) to provide a wide range of college-accredited language courses at our Language Centers or live online via the Berlitz Virtual Classroom. You can study with the world leader in language training in over 55 locations in the US, including the comfort of your home. Upon completion of your course, you’ll receive a grade and transcript online; many of our students find our courses will also qualify for their employers’ tuition-assistance program.
All Berlitz language instruction uses The Berlitz Method®, a conversational approach that favors listening and speaking over rote memorization. Pioneered by Maximilian Berlitz, it is the most natural and effective way to learn a new language. In addition, Berlitz has developed multimedia support materials which are integrated into the curriculum and supplement study.

Course offerings include:

Private

A private course is a smart option for those who require individual attention and want to learn at their own pace on their own schedule. You’ll spend 100% of the time learning — with 50% dedicated to listening and 50% to speaking. This course is taken face-to-face at a Berlitz Language Center.

Virtual Private via Berlitz Virtual Classroom (BVC)

One-on-one Private Instruction is taken one step further with our live language lessons over the Internet. The Berlitz Virtual Classroom allows students to take live instruction in their home, office or anywhere with Internet access. The intensity of the interaction, without other distractions, makes this particularly effective.

Small Group

Small Group instruction offers a relaxed atmoshere in an intimate small group setting.  This small group class has a minimum class size of 2 and a maximum of 4 students. Our approach emphasizes personal instruction, and your instructor will have time for you.  This course can be delivered at a Berlitz Language Center only.

Virtual Small Group via Berlitz Virtual Classroom (BVC)

* Renton Technical College is accredited regionally by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges Commission on Colleges (NWASC). As with all institutions, if you elect to transfer these credits, you should check with the registrar’s office of the school where you are transferring to confirm RTC credits will be accepted into their degree program.
