Customizable Content for Business and Social Situations

Flexibility is built into every BerlitzEnglish program, and that is especially true for our support materials. With BeritzEnglish you add materials as you progress with an easy-to-customize binder format. With authentic, relevant content designed to keep you motivated and a wide variety of activities available — learning will never be boring.
At the intermediate and advanced levels, Berlitz English features a number of business-specific modules on topics selected by actual customers in a worldwide survey. These modules allow individuals learn idioms, slang as well as business jargon, and integrate both practical business and essential grammar. Because conducting business involves many social aspects as well, English for social situations is also included in the program.

State-of-the-art Course Materials

Audio CDs, CD-ROMs and a DVD provide a rich learning experience, allowing you to see and hear BerlitzEnglish spoken in real-life situations. The curriculum is also supported by a website which includes activities that reinforce and extend beyond classroom instruction. The BerlitzEnglish website allows our students to correspond with other BerlitzEnglish students from around the world and participate in online discussions on topics related to what you’re learning in class.

To help support our curriculum, students receive a copy of our magazine English Passport, which features current articles from some of the world’s leading media organizations. In addition to aligning with several AOL Time Warner divisions for this content, Berlitz has also established a preferred partnership with Harvard Business School Publishing, a privilege no other private language training organization has.
